“By Grabthar's hammer, by the suns of Worvan, you shall be avenged.” Today marks the 21st anniversary of GALAXY QUEST, released December 25, 1999. I’ve been to a few of the locations over the years, but just now making a page to celebrate this film.
First up is the Galaxy Quest convention, shot at the Hollywood Palladium at 6215 Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. I’ve been to concerts there a few times, so some random shots are included here.
Jason Nesmith’s house is located at the Stahl House at 1635 Woods Drive in Los Angeles.
This alley is next to 710 North Van Ness Avenue in Los Angeles.
The Tech Value store was the top of the parking garage of what is now the Petersen Automotive Museum at 6060 Wilshire Boulevard.
UPDATE: I finally went back to the top of the garage when it was clear again to get proper pictures of the location.
After MUCH research, I finally tracked down Justin Long’s house in the film, located at 540 S Lucerne Boulevard in Los Angeles.
