If you're a child from the 80s, you are well familiar with Pandemonium as it seemed to run non-stop on cable for months on end. It didn't age too well, but still has it's charms. Today marks the anniversary for the film, released April 2, 1982.
Most of the exteriors were shot at the USC campus in Los Angeles.
The main building used is John R. Hubbard Hall on the USC campus, not too far from Prince of Darkness, Vamp, Deadly Friend, and Freddy’s Dead locations.
The “House of Bad Pies” exterior still exists, but has moved from its original location. It is now at 5230 Lankershim Boulevard in North Hollywood. While you are there, you can visit the outside of the Television Academy!
The mausoleum was shot at the often-used Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.
