Today marks the anniversary for She’s Havin A Baby, released February 4, 1988. This is probably my favorite John Hughes film and definitely one of my favorite soundtracks (I never tire of Love & Rockets’ Haunted When The Minutes Drag.) A few years ago, fellow set-jetter Chas from itsfilmedthere.com drove me to a few of the filming locations.
The house is one of my favorite location visits and I was happy to see it looked nearly the same. It is located at 56 Salem Lane in Evanston, Illinois.
The church is located at 725 Pine Street in Winnetka, Illinois.
Union Station is at 225 South Canal Street in Chicago.
The train station is at 724 Old Green bay Road in Glencoe, Illinois. (This is right next to the church from Sixteen Candles!)
The Field Museum, best known to horror fans for its appearance in Relic and Damien: Omen II.
