Today marks the anniversary of BODY OF EVIDENCE, released January 15, 1993. I visited a some of the Portland locations a few years back when I was in town for a Madonna concert.
The movie opens a rainy night at the Pittock Mansion, located at 3229 NW Pittock Drive in Portland, Oregon.
The mansion is usually open for tours during non-COVID tiems.
The exterior remains nearly unchanged over the years.
This is the Lone Fir Cemetery located at SE 26th Ave &, SE Stark Street in Portland.
The restaurant was located at 205 NW 10th Avenue in Portland. This location has been demolished since the pictures were taken.
This statue is in front of a Portland city government building at 1120 SW 5th Avenue.
The jail was at 220 NW 8th Avenue in Portland.
The store is now a hotel located at 203 NW 3rd Avenue in Portland.
At the time, the business was getting ready to open and let me take a few shots of the interior. The stained glass window decor is still recognizable.
What is supposed to be the back exit of the restaurant was actually an adjacent business located at 1017 NW Davis Street. Like the original location, this has since been demolished.
The floating house was located in front of Sellwood Riverfront Park located at 1221 SE Oaks Park Way in Portland, Oregon.
According to this website, the floating house is now moored down by the yacht club in Oaks Park.
