Several years back, I stopped by a few locations for Escape To Witch Mountain while traveling, but just now getting around to posting them. Today marks the anniversary of the movie, first released on March 21, 1975.
Although the address to Pine Woods says “39 Pine Woods Lane” it is actually at the Peninsula School, located at 920 Peninsula Way in Menlo Park, California.
The Fine Arts Theater is located at 429 California Avenue in Palo Alto, California.
Right across the street is the bank, located at 414 California Avenue.
The courthouse was located at 6191 Highway 9 in Felton, California, but appears to have been replaced with a new building.

I took this as a nice homage to the movie while I was on location. :)
