Today marks the fifth anniversary since the release of Jurassic World. Much like The Force Awakens released the same year, this film is both a reboot and sequel of sorts, a ‘requel’, but I think it was a fun film and worthy entry in the franchise. Below are a few of the locations I visited while in Hawaii.
The dock is the Makai Peir located at 41-305 Kalanianaʻole Highway in Waimanalo, Oahu.
The rest of the tour can be accessed on the Kualoa Ranch. I highly recommend the VIP Tour where you get access to even more locations like the Indominus Rex.
You can even visit the observation area!
This area of the ranch was also used in the original Jurassic Park. They also have many props on display including the truck from this scene.
