“What’s so wrong with wanting to be perfect?” As a fan of Jamie Lee Curtis, I had to watch PERFECT of course. Capitalizing on the exercise craze, the film was shot in New York and California. I will be covering a few of the Los Angeles locations below:
The main location is The Sports Connection, now a 24 Hour Fitness located at 2929 31st Street in Santa Monica, California.
Almost right next to the gym is the restaurant, located at 3360 Ocean Park Boulevard in Santa Monica. The inside has changed a bit, but some of the railings and light fixtures are the same.
Jessie’s house was an easy find as it was also used in V: The Mini Series. The home is located at 15001 Ramos Place in Pacific Palisades, California.
John Travolta stays at the Sunset Marquis at 200 Alta Loma Road in West Hollywood. The street no longer goes completely through.
The hotel was nice enough to let me take pictures inside the entrway.

The beach house is located at 6931 Vista Del Mar Lane in Playa Del Rey, California.
The” Beverly Hills” gym is also a 24 Hour Fitness, located at 8612 Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood.
The magazine stand (you may have to explain this to young people)I was located at 2399 Westwood Boulevard.
They also used the downtown courthouse, which I didn’t have specific shots, so not screen accurate.
