I had the pleasure to see Thelma in January 2024 during the Sundance Film Festival. A cute little film with the always wonderful June Squibb, it is being released on Netflix today so I can finally post some locations! I’ve only been to a couple locations so far on my previous trips - the first (apartment) and last (cemetery) scenes; the rest are Google streetview for now. Enjoy!
Her apartment is located at 11815 Dorothy Street in Los Angeles.
This building is at 3601 West Olive Avenue in Burbank.
The “post office” is actually the North Hollywood Recreation Center at 11430 Chandler Boulevard.
Here she goes by 5010 Lanker shim Boulevard in North Hollywood.
They scoot by these stores at 10835 Oxnard Street in North Hollywood.
And then past the coin laundry at 10929 Magnolia Boulevard.
Her friend’s house was a bit trickier to find, but I finally located it at 1809 Westmoreland Boulevard.
The gas station is at 4388 Tujunga Avenue in Studio City.
This intersection is at Clinton Street and Western Avenue.

The bail bonds company is at 14423 Sylvan Street in Van Nuys.
Here we are looking at the corner of Victory Boulevard and Bellingham Avenue in North Hollywood.
This scene begins at 5685 Whitnail Highway in North Hollywood and continues across the boulevard with the powerlines.
The mail shoppe is at 7210 Jordan Avenue in Canoga Park.
However, when they round the corner they are now at Vineland Avenue and Magnolia Boulevard in North Hollywood.
The light shop is at 11010 Magnolia Boulevard in North Hollywood.
